Turn prepared content into a newsletter.

Keep the content tools you know. Paste your newsletter HTML into Sendermast, preview it, then choose your audience.

  1. Prepare your HTML

Create your newsletter with your existing tools and export its HTML, the source of the email layout. There is no drag and drop editor.

  2. Paste and preview

Add a subject, paste your HTML, and review desktop and mobile previews. The system adds unsubscribe links and sender information.

  3. Choose the audience and time

Select subscribers who opted in. Once your account and domain are activated, send a test to your login email, then confirm an immediate or scheduled send.

Essential protection before every send.

Your verified domain

Production newsletters come only from your verified domain, keeping your brand sender identity consistent.

A consented audience

Imports preserve the source of consent. People joining through a subscription form must confirm in their inbox first.

Unsubscribes and bounces handled

Every send checks for unsubscribed or blocked addresses again. Reimporting cannot undo these protections.

Send your next newsletter from your own domain.

Set up your domain before your first send.

Complete free setup and a domain test email, then submit your account for review.

  1. Set up your domain and DNS

Sign in and enter your own domain. DNS records appear automatically when ready. Follow the instructions to add them in your domain settings.

  2. Send a domain test and submit for review

After DNS verification, send a fixed test email to your login address. Once the email provider accepts it, submit your sending purpose and audience source.

  3. Activate and send

Once your account is approved, your domain is verified, and an administrator activates sending, you can test newsletters, schedule them, and send to your audience.

Common questions.

Who is Sendermast for?

Small businesses with their own domain, a consented subscriber list, and the ability to prepare newsletter HTML. Newsletter creation and editing are designed primarily for desktop.

How do I prepare newsletter content?

Use your existing content tools, export HTML, and paste it into Sendermast to preview desktop and mobile layouts. There is no drag and drop editor, image upload, or attachment support.

What if I am unfamiliar with DNS?

After you enter your domain, the page lists the DNS records to add and setup instructions. You still need access to your domain DNS settings. Ask the person who manages your domain for help if needed.

Can I import an existing subscriber list?

Yes, with valid consent and a record of its source and collection method. Imports use email, name columns. Purchased, rented, exchanged, or scraped lists are rejected. Imports cannot restore sending to unsubscribed or blocked addresses.

Does every send need a manual review?

Your account needs review before initial activation, usually within one business day. Normal imports and newsletters do not need individual manual reviews. High risk sources or unusual sending may require an additional review.

Can I send at high volume immediately?

New domains start with limited sending speeds and daily limits that grow with reputation. Reports distinguish provider acceptance from receipt by a recipient mail server. Neither guarantees primary inbox placement or that an email was read.

Do I need a card? Is production sending free?

No card is required for the pilot. Domain setup and the fixed domain test email are free. Production sending needs review and administrator activation, and uses your domain subscription and quota. It is not unlimited free sending.
